Headed the rollout of the novel Total Health and Safety Soft Tissue Injury Prevention Program at NB Power. Six-month contract to evaluate, design, and implement a targeted warmup and prehab-oriented activation routine for all NB Power Field employees. Worked in conjunction with the Dean and Assistant Dean of UNB Kinesiology to design this program. Travelled around the province to teach all field employees about proper and improper working postures and coach them through the warmup program. Served as Subject Matter Expert on the novel Office Ergonomics Program, and Lifting Standards at NB Power Corporate Head Office.

Three years working in the Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic, coaching athletes of all skill levels and disciplines. Experience testing, interpreting, and making evidence-based decisions regarding high-performance athlete development.Worked with UNB Varsity, STU Varsity, FDSA Soccer and FAST Swimming.
