Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Business Administration. My professional career has included sales management/export sales • financial and strategic consultancy • tender management • and now chief consultant in the public/government purchase and procurement area.Common to my jobs has been working with business development, strategy and management of complex business issues/knowledge, where I find pleasure in "selling the messages" leading to development, change and results. I thrive on challenges and opportunities to optimize and improve the existing. Working with strategy, while still attending detail, has been a key competence in my jobs, and latest as strategic architect behind the Danish Road Directorate's major projects since 2010.I have worked internationally and manage linguistically wide. The experience includes development of sales and markets (including posting in France), working with international companies, tender management of international consortia and later, the relationship with infrastructure public clients and suppliers in Europe. From my international network, I have gained good insight into large and complex infrastructure projects, and, among other, I hosting an international symposium on PPP (public private partnerships) in 2012, and was in 2015 admitted in a European expert group of 15-20 assessors called to evaluate new large infrastructure projects.As a manager/project manager I am the "playing coach" taking the lead in the work where I perform through skills, sparring and a commitment, both over all and operational.
