As a consultant to the Customer support department, I worked with both external (banks/partners) and internal clients of the company. The department covered different operational areas and services for our clients, such as a Call Center team, POS + ATM Ops teams, and Clearing&Reconciliation team, with a total of 45 employees in 3 locations. My main role was to coordinate different teams and services. I acted as an internal project manager within our department, I led the implementation of improvement activities and was responsible for knowledge sharing. I assisted the Head of the department also by preparing analyses and reports.This experience deepened my adaptability skills to a multinational environment. I was the maina reference point for my colleagues in Koper for technical matters, professional knowledge andunderstanding of our business.

Within the Project Management Office, I was responsible for the management of small technical requests (estimated up to 3-6 months) for changes in our SW applications. The specific of that job position was the need to have extreme multitasking abilities as I would be in charge of many projects at once that would include many colleagues from different departments. As I was a remote employee of a team that was mainly located in Croatia, I gained a lot of experience in working in remote teams and self-management.

The main challenge of this position was the high volume of operational tasks and at the same time high demand for quality and KPI fulfillment, which taught me organizational skills.During my first employment, I gained basic knowledge of the cards business, and how to work with a lot of data. The nature of financial disputes requires accuracy and empathy for the client.

I worked in the call center as a student telephone agent for the card business (full-time shift work). The most valuable part of this experience was the high level of achieved technical knowledge, as we answered inquiries from cardholders, merchants, bank employees, and other service suppliers.We provided internal support and monitoring of services, therefore I gained an in-depth understanding of the card business and the basics of IT systems.
