I lead an analytics and insights team on the Roundel business supporting the largest and most strategic enterprise partners of Target. My team manages all client-facing deliverables for Roundel’s digital media executions, from reporting on key individual campaigns to effectively consulting with the client on broader objectives using a variety of data and insights tools and approaches to maximize our clients’ ROI from Roundel.

Responsibilities included:- Providing design and strategy consultation on digital marketing campaigns spanning many tactics, including promotions, digital media, influencer marketing, digital OOH, and sponsored search to ensure clients achieve their key business objective- Employing various analytics techniques in evaluating market and consumer dynamics to build compelling, data-driven narratives for complex business questions- Codifying best practices and drive transformation in current business processes through technology, automation and thought leadership- Leading and develop a team of managers and analysts in support of over $100M in client engagement revenue

- Responsible for building and maintaining advanced analytic Marketing Mix and optimization models to analyze customer sales, including historical and forecasted volume attribution- Responsible for providing strategic leadership to clients, focusing on delivering action-oriented consulting and recommendations to increase client revenue via improved marketing effectiveness- Led multiple internal improvement initiatives including projects to design and implement new software features to improve client experience as well as internal functionality- Directed relationships with key client stakeholders, ranging from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives in industries including CPG, Travel and Leisure, Finance, Pharma, Professional Sports, and Retail- Acted as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing thought leadership on various marketing principles for both internal and external stakeholders

- Instructed class, held office hours, and managed all grades- Hands-on instruction of over 300 students- Assisted students by directing independent and group study sessions
