Responsible for a fleet of eight C-130 aircraft and led 283 airmen in two squadrons and group support staff to meet world wide mobility operations. The group performed activities to include flightline operations, aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, and deployment readiness.

Audited government contracts and supply chain systems in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and contractual terms and conditions. Analyzed production and quality assurance systems as well as documents statistical performance data. Developed metrics to measure, monitor and improve organizational effectiveness.

Owner and lead project manager for telecommunications infrastructure projects, to include cabling, communications closet build-outs, Point of Sale Deployment, and Networking Hardware Deployments for clients across the US and Canada. Collaborated with business and technology partners to lead project management teams, develop budgets, create schedules and ensure on time delivery and turn up.

Developed and executed software test procedures based on software requirements and analyzed results verifying compliance with Federal Aviation Administration software regulatory standards. Conducted automated software testing of stall protection systems on three types of business aircraft and ice detector system of one type of business aircraft. Lead test engineer for minor software update.
