In my career I have acquired some skills that help me realize my tasks. I like to learn new things and develop an expertise in these subjects. Analysing, aggregating and evaluating are important activities in this never ending learning process. In the path from data via information through knowledge the expertise can be formed. Based on this expertise I can support and advice others so they can use this knowledge fort their own functioning. As a sociologist my main domain of interest has always been in the human resources.There were always 2 topics that played an important role (also in the future) in my career: ‘data’ and ‘technology’ but related to the employability in a human resources context.
