In the actual function there are 3 main topics all of them focussing on the HR functioning in Belfius Insurance and his affiliates:• Develop and manage the HR Reporting: restructure the existing reporting and organising it for the different target groups via the implementation of business objects in SAP. • Optimize and simplify HR processes within the company and in relation to the Service Center: i.e. the focussing on the resource planning process• Development and adjustment of the HR systems : actually implementing the e-recruitment module of SAP, building a jobsite for Belfius Insurance, transferring the HR intranet to sharepoint, setting up the HR collaboration environment in sharepoint, setting up a compensation & benefit statement.

* Manager of the HR Service Center a team of 9 collaborators responsible for:- payroll, time registration, HR Contact Centre. Supported by the e-HR platform.- manpower planning, staff cost budget and HR reporting - implementation of an e-HR platform with SD Worx. A tool used for the HR administration, Benefit Statement, Performance Management, Function Description, Manpower planning…- implementation of Xaurum: a Learning Management Platform.- Setting up the Belgian HR Service Center: regrouping the HR Back office activities. This service centre started from 1/1/2011. The team of collaborators functioning in the HR organisation of DIB was transferred to the new organisation.* Member of the HR Group Corporate Center at Dexia: coordinating all HR activities (reporting, projects, systems).
