The Supply Chain Solution & Control department is responsible for:- Solution Architecture - Drive growth and strategic improvements proactively by introducing new supply chain concepts. Responsible for the concept, analysis and design phases, supportive role in the build/buy, implementation and aftercare phases. Strong emphasis on change and project management- Data and Reporting - Creating permanent and reliable insight in the complete logistic chain. Facilitate data driven decision making by delivering enriched, consistent and validated datasets and reports.- Customs - Global customs management to ensure compliance to local regulations for all customs transactions. Manage all customs stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure full compliance.- Master data management - Controlling the correct recording and control of master data- Control - Strategic/tactical inventory management, high level performance development
