Strong proces management and a personal approach are key succes factors.During my career I also acted as Lead Audit Manager at a listed company (Technology Industry) and European lead to develop the framework to prepare CIT returns and statutory accounts for over 1.200 entities within a logistics group.It is my sincere believe that almost all services we provide will only meet our high quality standards when they are the result of true team work. Therefore I support the people around me to reach their full potential.My broad interest does not stop at audit and accounting standards. I thrive on understanding the strategy, operations and key succes factors of companies. This also supports me in my role as board member at Namaste Foundation. My approach should be considered as down to earth and transparant.Innovating audits is one of my key drivers. I believe in the importance of Data Analytics and Soft Controls as a integrated part of current and future audits.Experienced in international group audits applying International IFRS as well as Dutch GAAP.
