Our main goal is to deliver high quality products with good prices and quality rates as well as high quality service.At ROM I am responsible for our after sales for our customers in the Netherlands, our European dealer network and global clients. My main achievements are the development of maintenance contracts and expanding repair capabilities. I am also required to travel extensively when needed for assistance with problems and technical trainings which has meant being flexible, communicative and has improved my professional language skills.Due to my technical knowledge, commercial awareness and strategic ability, I have developed myself to a higher level within the company. I identify structural warranty and service issues as well as identifying possible improvements within the market and relating these back to our production and suppliers. In addition I monitor this process in a commercial way by introducing new products. I have also undertaken projects such as analyzing possible improvements in our own organization. starting with the most important one: communication. This has improved internal coorporation, efficiency and motivation. As well as improving service to our dealers by sharing knowledge.I am also a member of the Strategic Management Team meaning I am responsible for specific strategic projects.
