Managed company networks in multiple states remotely. Migrated a Windows Server 2000 domain to Windows Server 2012 (if you have ever done this, you know what a nightmare it was). Custom designed and built servers, gaming monsters and workstation class computers for clients. I also supported quite a few Apple clients.

Successfully designed and implemented the initial network and workstations for InTouch as a consultant in 2002. From there I designed and built 28 dialers, plus I managed the ongoing changes to both the network & infrastructure for InTouch Solutions as the company grew and moved to new locations. Managed the New Media Helpdesk for all locations. Improved helpdesk performance and response time.

Network site management, visted several sites to upgrade them for Y2K. Created a network monitoring system with other techs in the department. Provided backup system support for various sites.

Implemented a new helpdesk to support the business services group. Supported servers, laptops, desktops, PDA's and printers. Supported 75 people at multiple locations. This included managing the changes new supervisors would ask for as company re-organizations took place.

I started the limousine business with my father in 1984. We provided transportation services for weddings, special occasions and transportation from the Northwest Suburbs to Chicago's 2 airports, Rockford airport and Milwauke airport. I left the company in 1988 to begin a career in computers.
