Canon Global Services (part of the Canon Europe organization, based in Uxbridge, London) consists out of an international team of professionals, each of them being specialists on their own territory (Sales, Bid, BDM, IT Service Architecture, Solution Consultancy, Service Delivery, Service&Solutions Development). The Canon Global Service Architect is there to:- Support international sales-/bid cycles of Fortune 500 strategic customers- Govern the Design, Transition and Operations of Managed Print IT Services in international environments- Design, Maintain and Deploy the international IT (shared) Service portfolioTasks and responsibilities include:- Global Strategic Business Partner being the first point of contact for specific Business MT's and/or stakeholders regarding the Canon Managed Print Services propositions ;- International Service lead to govern the design, pricing, documentation and delivery of complex Managed Print Services Architectures as a response to international RFP's, in line with the policies and standards and approved by the management of the assigned business area;- Develop an in-depth understanding of specific business processes to facilitate strategic business decisions;- Identify opportunities and risks for IT development within the assigned area;- Improve business processes and support management in decision making;- Create and deliver customer presentations to international Fortune 500 clients - Maintain and build relationships with internal and international business colleagues, Global Information Services and relevant parties;

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. - Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. - Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

Activities and achievements include:- Assist clients with implementation and training of Isah ERP software.- Implement and configure Isah ERP software consulting customers.- Train end users in specific modules of Isah ERP software.- Provide post-sales support as needed- Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops.- Interact with teams of developers, offshore teams then monitor and tune performances.- Identify, develop and integrate Isah ERP software to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants.- Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned.- Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation.- Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution.- Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills.- Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers.- Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients.
