• Answer and direct phonecalls• Complete daily maintenance of member charts both electronically and physically for three separate programs (ATLAS, JETT [Forensic FSP & Assisted Outpatient Treatment] and TRIP [ODR]), including; building charts for enrollments, scanning, thinning, printing notes, and breaking down charts for discharges. To maintain the charts, I audit 200+ charts and keep record of it via Microsoft Excel which can then be shared with the appropriate staff to aid in supplying missing information.• Update Client Information (Master List Changes), Diagnoses, Release of Information (ROIs), photos, face sheets and treatment plans.• Maintain HIPAA Logbook for Norwalk location for all medical records sent and process all medical record requests within two weeks of receipt.• Another task is to record and keep the logbook of all physical records kept in off-site location.• Process Outreach/Pre-Admit paperwork and enter the information to open them in the EHR Program myAvatar and maintain the physical paperwork until the person is enrolled into one of the programs or discharged during the pre-admission process.• Complete Enrollments including discharging the Pre-Admit/Outreach Episode and opening and entering a new Current Episode in myAvatar with demographics, Diagnoses, financial and insurance information.• Knowledge of running Medi-Cal screens via their website and resources online.• At the end of the Chart's cycle and the chart is broken down and the records are kept in a neat and orderly fashion until the chart can be broken down and closed before being stored off-site.• In conjunction with maintaining the records in myAvatar and physical charts, I utilize other programs such as CommonGround, Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.• Volunteered time towards Member Recognition Committee.• Created new systems for more clearly organizing record retention and changing over to digital versions to save the company money on paper and toner.
