Currently, a project lead for a fiber build project with AT&T. The project includes gathering a large amount of data across many AT&T systems and processes. That data is then correlated into a single database and uses a custom-built application to provide the data based on the business requirements. This project includes data analysis, requirements gathering, database interfaces, data visualization through dashboards and static reports, Power BI reporting, financial analysis, geospatial visualizations, etc.

Launched a team from the ground up to address customer-impacting uptime and availability issues. The customers utilizing this service range from very small individual locations to Fortune 5 companies like Wal-Mart, Home Depot, McDonald's, & Hilton. This architecture supports data flow of over 2PB's per day received from over 200k endpoints.Key Achievements: - Within 6 months pioneered changes from customer-impacting SLA-penalty failures to 99.99% uptime.- Formulated KPI's and custom monitoring to quickly address issues.- Overhauled data structures to better meet the requirements of the customers while ensuring that data governance and industry best practices are followed.- The infrastructure consists of several hundred virtualized servers in geo-redundant data centers managed internally, as well as both hosted with Azure and AWS.

Directed a highly technical and diverse team of leaders charged with supporting every aspect of technical operations supporting the internal employees as well as customers ranging from small venues to fortune 5 companies including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, McDonald's, Starbucks & Hilton. This is accomplished with several industry-leading technologies including virtualization, automation, CI/CD, DevOps, Containerization, Disaster Recovery, Network Inspection & Optimization, Global Load Balancing, etc.- In charge of developing and administrating a ~40M Opex and Capex operational budget to include all FTE, staff-supplemental, and non-payroll workers.- Worked closely with senior leadership to stay apprised of any new customer requirements that could impact the per endpoint support price point.- Highly versed in many levels of auditing including PCI, SPI, FCC, SCD, RPI, & PII. Including working with 3rd party audit firms to achieve these certifications.

Established a team consisting of a few individuals without a formal leadership structure to a multitiered, multi-team structure with clear lines of responsibility, escalation, SLA's, and an HR supported job growth program. My leadership team was responsible for supporting a rapidly growing sales and implementation team that supported hundreds of customers and 10's of thousands of customer endpoints. - Was successful in rapidly architecting a team structure and assist in hiring and onboarding ~50 network engineers in under 6 months, while supporting an accelerated customer onboarding that peaked around 60 - 80 nationwide customer locations per week.- Developed an HR supported career pathing program with time-based and technology-based growth requirements for incoming and outgoing engineers.- Developed and tracked KPI's that are integrated with customer contractual agreements.- Facilitated onsight training for McDonald's level 1 call center in Fargo, NC yearly.
