Responsible for building, developing, and leading our Eleanor Health team in NC to ensure sound clinical results are delivered in a sustainable, scalable, ethical, and evidence-based way for our patients. Plant Manager for a startup/standup manufacturing facility. Led the team as it grew from a headcount of 60 to 120+ over a 5 month period. 0 recordable injuries during the same time period. Led a diverse team of functional experts across engineering, manufacturing, environmental health and safety, materials management, quality, and HR disciplines.

Operations Manager responsible for workforce safety and productivity as well as eliminating obstacles and leading process improvement initiatives.

Second-in-command of a highly selective 87 person unit of Special Forces Green Berets. Advised the commander and led in his absence during stateside and overseas operations. Specific responsibilities included resource allocation, supply chain management, strategy, risk analysis, negotiations, and conflict resolution.

Team Leader of a 12-man Green Beret HALO detachment. Led the standup of the team during its initial training as well as its inaugural deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Second-in-command of a 150 person Infantry unit. Managed the organization's refit and reorganization following an overseas deployment as well as provided oversight of its training and resource needs, administrative practices, material readiness program, and overall unit operational readiness.

Front line leader responsible for the health, welfare, operational readiness, and successes/failures of a 39-man infantry unit. Partnered with multiple Iraqi Police units while providing training and advisory services during the historic October 2005 Iraqi Referendum and December 2005 National Elections.
