-Use domain and language expertise to review and respond to internal and external Trust and Safety signals of abuse.-Conduct investigation in an effort to discover policy, detection and mitigation gaps through trend analysis, signal identification and root cause analysis.-Implement solutions by using data and insights to influence other Trust and Safety teams in Policy, Process and Detection to make necessary improvements to the project.-Take appropriate action based on established procedures.-Work both reactively and proactively to prevent unnecessary escalations and influence strategic and business decisions. -Review signals and data to determine whether further investigation and/or escalation is required.-Proactively search for undetected abuse by leveraging internal data, open-source intelligence and third party private intelligence.

Investigating and resolving issues that are reported on social media and taking action according with clients policies while maintaining KPI’s across productivity and quality in various projects.

-Working with high-pri litigation workflow focused on Brazilian legal matters, partnered with the Brazilian Legal Team to assist on investigations of legal cases from an operational standpoint and to carry out legal compliance in the platform.-Effectively utilizing advanced data analytical and investigative techniques, reviewing, documenting, and tracking legal requests.-Support escalations related to sensitive subject matter, and remain up to date on key workflow changes, policy updates and operational guidelines.-Working with cross functional teams on resolving/supporting the investigations.
