Serving as the Senior Manager for members within the Agency transactional vertical team, I oversaw all efficiencies. I demonstrated top expertise in managing complex and problematic transactions for new/key clients, including issue resolution and professional development. Effectively delivered strategies and best practices in general operations. I coordinated enhancements in the Agency transaction vertical team with 20+ employees handling insurance reviews for large, institutional banks and lenders and managed the overflow of volume from other business units within the organization. My role allowed me to successfully integrate 17 employees simultaneously to full-time remote positions at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. I established 4 new hires within 5 months prior to my departure and managed up to 25 employees when our team was at it's largest. In addition, I improved vendor scorecard measures with clients and effectively applied strategies that increased profitability by 20% YOY.

As Director of the Agency transaction vertical team, my role allowed me to prepare effective business presentations for client meetings and resolve various complaints and project roadblocks. I served as Direct Supervisor of the team consisting of 20+ employees, and was responsible for the assignment and supervision of over 3,600 insurance reviews. My expertise allowed me to create a new role by redefining the Analyst job description, setting the primary function to providing support for the Consulting team. With it's new function, we turned one Analyst into a team of 4 Analysts.

As Associate Director of the Agency transaction vertical team, I chaired onboarding of new clients, developed new and existing procedures, and further established ongoing relationship management. My role enabled me to apply best practices to improve processes and assign new projects to the Agency transaction vertical team. I implemented the team's first quality control procedures and new hire training program. Additionally, I created a uniform process for consultation across our team's client base and defined the first uniform client deliverables.

As a Consultant (formerly known as Senior Analyst), my role enabled me to manage pre-closing insurance reviews of commercial real estate transactions. I liaised with commercial banks and lenders, borrowers, and insurance brokers on new loan originations. In addition, I reviewed deal flow management and issue tracking/resolution. I oversaw financial risk management and insurance requirements and analyzed borrower's proposed insurance coverage, risk mitigates, financial reserves, and borrower guarantees to identify coverage gaps to lenders, borrowers, and brokers. I successfully managed 25-100+ new loan insurance risk reviews at any given time, specializing in multifamily portfolios. I independently managed the insurance risk reviews for 3 separate multi-billion dollar multifamily portfolio financing transactions with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; $3.4B, $2.2B, and $1.9B, respectively.

Orchestrated services for large, high-profile commercial accounts, including commercial real estate, property management companies, and financial institutions across multiple lines of business. Additionally, I handled insured acquisitions and account activities. I enhanced the completion of specifications and applications for the marketing of new policies and renewals. Coordinating requests and process endorsements for all lines of business allowed me to review policy documents, including calculating rates. I improved communications with the insured and underwriters, expertly maintained the online filing system, and oversaw efficiencies in preparing certificates, proposals, insurance schedules, premium allocations, invoicing, and loss reports.

Enhanced services for commercial lines accounts ranging from $700 to $250K in premium, maintaining agency books of business and renewal lists and databases. My role allowed me to create insurance schedules, quote new business, and re-market existing accounts to meet client expectations and agency goals. In addition, I generated Certificates of Liability, Evidence of Property, ACORD change requests, endorsements, invoices, and reimbursements. I drafted policyholder invoices, underwriter and producer correspondences and maintained the internal accounting system.

Professionally conferred with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about policy coverage. In addition, I kept records of customer interactions or transactions, recording detail using the management system. My skills allowed me to process policy endorsements and review for accuracy, creating and issuing certificates and binders.
