During this time i experienced being a front of house member where i catered breakfast and lunch to customers, i also worked on the main reception and learnt how to take deposits of customers and check people in. Furthermore i worked with the housekeeping team where i got to learn and even clean my own rooms of all types and finally i worked with the conference and events team where i shadowed the wedding planner throughout their day of work, set up events and served at conferences, overall i learned so much about the hotel industry and how things are operated.
