Manages a team of leadership direct reports, and collaborates with the General Counsel to develop and implement compliance and risk management frameworks and strategies.• Serve as the primary advisor for a wide array of regulatory and compliance topics, including conflict management, information barriers, data privacy and security, rules and regulations, and standard operating procedures• Play an active role in management and governance meetings to align compliance efforts with organizational goals and conduct risk assessments for contracts, products, partnerships, and new business initiatives• Foster a culture of compliance consciousness and risk awareness throughout the organization and oversee compliance monitoring activities to identify issues, formulate action plans, and provide testing support
