I serve as primary liaison with clinical trial sponsors and other Contract Research Organizations (CROs) on timelines, deliverables and budgets for pharmaceutical, medical device and bio-tech clinical trial research studies.Strong experience with project management activities from study start-up to FDA submission in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).Manage and facilitate Clinical Endpoint Committee and Data Monitoring Committee meetings and members. Proficiency in Medical coding dictionaries and medical coding.Regular collaboration and communication with Database Management (DM) teams; strong under-standing of DM activities and processes.

Launched Zero to Five, an early childhood initiative, with a small team: developed a mission, vision, values, guiding principles, organizational structure, theory of change and strategy map. Onboarded six community partners across Western Montana; created and provided a technical assistance and support framework for the Zero to Five Collaboratives (community partners) of the Initiative; organized and led annual strategic planning retreats, annual trainings with national training institutes, monthly partnership meetings.

Managed $600,00+ VISTA federal grant budget; Negotiated over 100 VISTA projects with the federal funder (the Corporation for National and Community Service) through technical, researched-based site approval submissions; Designed and led annual in-person trainings for placed VISTAs and AmeriCorps members (up-wards of 50 individuals); Oversaw nationwide recruitment process for over 80 year-long VISTA placements and over 65 summer VISTA placements.

Wrote, edited and packaged all government and foundation grant applications and reports for the 5 programs of YWCA Missoula; awards totaled more than $500,000; Established protocols and tools for initiating, editing and submitting grant applications and proposals.

Recruited over 30 volunteers each school semester; organized and led bi-annual trainings to equip volunteers with the skills necessary to lead 10-week girls empowerment programs in an elementary or middle school; Organized and led 6-day Outdoor Adventure Trips for girls ages 9-18 across Western Montana. Developed trip content, including healthy behaviors, empowerment, and leadership activities as well as trip logistics: meal planning, activity/event planning and coordination, transportation.

Initiated GUTS! Three Year Strategic Plan; Created and implemented a Community Training for 6 Western Montana community leaders interested in initiating GUTS!-like programs.
