• Co-lead for the on-going Tulsa Curriculum & Assessment Alignment Group to review current assessment practices and make recommendations to the superintendent on reducing time spent assessments to increase academic instruction• Implement the development of a district-wide testing plan for state and local assessments using the Qualtrics platform• Maintain and upload user and student data onto various assessment platforms used by the district and the state- MAP, MPG, ACT, SAT and OSTP• Disaggregate grade, district, and school level data for district and state assessments to determine instructional strengths and opportunities for improvement• Collaborate with the IT department regularly to ensure testing technologies are properly functioning • Collaborate with Title I and Curriculum and Instruction departments to determine how to best meet the needs of all stakeholders and also state/federal requirements in assessing students• Develop school and district profiles and compile data regarding staff demographics and historical student achievement • Schedule, administer, and score proficiency based promotion assessments for students needing appropriate grade placement or advancement• Develop and present professional development to administrators and teachers on how to use assessment data to inform instruction using a variety of methods, including ScreenFlow, PD360.com, and Smore.com• Present current test data and historical data trends to district board members• Oversee the work implemented in the schools by 90+ building test coordinators• Serve on state department of education committees for the development of new ESSA accountability and assessment systems in Oklahoma• Develop student enrollment forecast projections for the upcoming school year for 90+ school sites
