Oversaw the final approval and routing process to ensure official implementation.-Successfully oversaw two Headquarters Air Force-directed training program database conversions for eight National Guard bases, achieving 100% on-time completion for all initiatives.-Advised on managing aviation service for eight National Guard units, ensuring seamless coordination and support.-Staffed Modular Airborne Firefighting System Air Expeditionary Group—oversaw four personnel tracking 940 sorties, 937 hours, 929 airdrops, 2.5+M gallons fire retardant--Exercise Planner and Inspection Team--created, reviewed, and implemented Rules of Engagement, Operational Injects, and 251 Master Scenario Events. Executed during a 5-day period in two locations.-Served as Joint Operations Center Battle Captain during a Vigilant Guard Exercise. Interfaced with Inspection Teams, 20+ members from Army, Wyoming Office of Homeland Security, Wyoming Civil Support Teams, Surrounding States Joint Operations Center, U.S. Navy, and NORTHCOM in order to test the readiness of the Wyoming Military Department. Acted as the main point liaison for 778 participants at 18 locations in the state of Wyoming.
