First grade teacher

I am finishing my student teaching experience in a first grade classroom at STRIDE Academy. My previous experience has prepared me for working with a diverse community of students, children with IEPs, and English Language Learners.

I started my student teaching experience at Discovery in a preschool classroom. This experience has provided exposure to working with English language learners, children with IEPs, and diversity among cultures.

I have worked in this position from my start date in July 2017 until September 2018. In September of 2018 I was promoted to a manager position while on the phones, still within the call center. I have grown in this company by mentoring and helping to train in the new hires that started there. I started mentoring in May of 2018.

Cold Spring, MN

At Teal's Market, I operated my own till and cash drawer as well as assisted with keeping the aisles clear and tidy. I would greet customers who were in the store and have small, friendly conversations with them to ensure they had a good experience. I did advance in this company while being a cashier and was promoted to work at our customer service counter.
