Pranām Collaborative Learning Services provides modular, learner-centered programs designed to help participants from both Christian and Hindu communities learn with and from each other. Our programs facilitate critical self-reflection, humble co-learning, and mutual appreciation for Hindu culture in all its complexity and beauty and for Jesus's life example and teachings in their original cultural context.• Collaborated to write boilerplate statement and identify core values as well as future direction of the organization • Collaborated to develop program content within “Learning That Lasts” module design guides through multiple iterations • Co-facilitated fundraising events for donors

Task Force United.• Developed and implemented Beginner English Language Learning lessons to help Afghan refugee children and adults foster confidence, creativity, self-expression, and resilience during their transition to life in the U.S.• Created an ABC Literacy course designed to help support adults learning to read and write in English• Started an embroidery workshop for women to give them an outlet for creative expression during their stay on-site as they wait to be resettled

Task Force Liberty.• Shaped the vision and direction of the Adult Conversational English programming to meet the ever-changing needs of as many as 13,000 Afghan guests arriving to the U.S. from Afghanistan • Led a multicultural team through significant unexpected transition while holding to our team’s mission and vision and maintaining the responsibilities of English Facilitator

Operation Allies Welcome. Task Force Liberty.• Facilitated activity-based conversational English classes for refugee women and for children ages 5-12 in a dynamic, ever-changing environment while mentoring Afghan refugee volunteer teachers• Collaborated with a team to design a curriculum to best meet the diverse language learning needs of the refugee population• Developed an interactive resource for training volunteers to work among Afghan refugees with cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care• Took charge of organizing and facilitating Afghan teacher development workshops to help shape the direction of programming (topics included: activity-based learning, using English to teach English, expanding vocabulary, and identifying strengths & opportunities for growth)

Used ethnographic research methods to learn the genre of Satsang, which included studying Hindu contextual forms and symbols, Sanskrit liturgy, storytelling, and harmonium.
