I've been a bit of an all-around technician and have picked up skills as they have become needed. Currently I am a Senior Network Systems Engineer at BCBS of Louisiana. I am in charge of monthly patch deployment for all servers and workstations, package software for mass/targeted distribution, configure and oversee our App-V environment, and work in InTune, Azure AD, VMWare, and XenApp. Previously I was an AV administrator over 80+ conference rooms, I made SCCM application deployment packages, assist work at home employees with their VPN routers and related equipment, administrated the WebEx software we use, and helped out wherever else I was needed.I have several years of management and training experience and am responsible for twice-weekly meetings of adults that focus on problem solving, critical thinking, adaptability, and coherent and concise speaking. I'm also becoming more experienced and adept at on-camera work as well as behind the scenes needs such as tech troubleshooting, scheduling, producing, editing, and managing social media accounts
