Manage 15-20 customer accounts ranging from small to highly complexCoordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer orders are being produced, shipped, & received on time & in fullInvestigates and resolves customer quality issues and concerns Builds or develops order specifications, prices and/or cost estimates, order designInventory management for warehouse accounts using CPMS Witron and Kiwiplan – forecasting and replenishmentResolves customer complaints, disputed invoices and researches account discrepanciesGenerates Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAPMeet and maintain waste reduction goalsUtilize various types of data reports (open orders, shipping reports, packing slips, BOLs, AR, Finished Goods, etc) to maintain assigned customer accounts and surpass customer expectationsOrganize freight shipments and interface with carriers as needed, to help resolve pricing & logistics issues that may arise
