I discovered meditation in 2012 to manage anxiety and in 2017 experienced an awakening that provoked me to question why I was living in survival mode. The deep work began and over time I took full agency over my life, no longer allowing external noise and distraction to define me or shape my mindset. I was living in my life, not in my head, and I was finally okay just being authentically me. I'm a life-long learner and love sharing my unique insights, energy, and wisdom. There’s a reason you don’t find work like mine in academia, as it’s not just logic based. I consider my work a melding of logic with spirit, intellect with intuition, and knowledge with experience in a grounded and pragmatic manner.You don’t get new results with the same old ways of thinking, being, and believing. I've engaged with tens of thousands of people and consistently hear stories of how they've changed their mindsets and lives through techniques I've guided them through.
