Before tech, I spent many years working in the restaurant industry (front of the house, fine-dining mostly) before taking another pass at school and making a full 180 to get a degree in Computer Science.I joined Amazon as a fresh-out-of-school SDE I in 2007. Since then, I've held six different job titles and worked in four different organizations. Today, I contribute as a Principal Engineer in SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technology), views expressed here are my own.
