As a recent M.S. graduate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University (VSU), I am passionate about optimizing workplace environments through strategic HR initiatives, data-driven insights, and innovative training programs. With hands-on experience in HR, employee development, and project management, I have successfully implemented processes that enhance productivity, engagement, and organizational efficiency.In my role as a Graduate Assistant in the HR & Employee and Organizational Development Office at VSU, I played a key role in creating and facilitating various training programs, analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement, and managing some logistics for events.
