Leadership nursing position of care coordination for clinic operations. Responsibilities include coordination of staff education and professional development, updating and implementing clinic policies and procedures, vaccination coordination for Wisconsin Vaccines for Children program and the Wisconsin Immunization Registry, clinic staffing and scheduling, organization of patient education, and acting liaison between clinic staff and Providers for process improvement to increase clinic efficiencies and patient satisfaction.
