Human Resource Business Partner responsible for supporting the Global Supply Chain R&D function across multiple locations in northeast Ohio and Chicago, supporting approximately 400 employees. HRBP responsible for providing human resource business partnership for all areas of HR including, key function initiatives, talent development, and program execution. Led organizational restructures, developed and implemented a professional development learning program while partnering with external vendors, developed and facilitated monthly Performance Management Community of Practice for 70+ Leaders, led employee engagement action planning which resulted in a 10% increase in participation, 1% increase in overall Engagement.

Human Resource business partner responsible for supporting R&D, Operations and Commercial functions. Member of the Plant and Regional Leadership Teams. Provide direct human resources business partnership to Regional and Plant leadership teams supporting approximately 200 employees. Responsible for implementing and supporting all human resource business initiatives including salary administration and review, performance management, talent development, employee relations including investigations and mediation. Served as the US Division representative on the L&OD Team.
