Work with a group of 5 others to design a product and manage a production run that will create enough products for the entire class. Overall it includes creating drawings, safety standards, quality standards, Gantt chart, work instructions, tooling, an inventory control system controlled by a web-based MIT system, and cost sheets associated with the production, then implementing and manage the production.

Shifting roles and responsibilities semesterly. Notable positions include:-Freshman Platoon Leader (Fall 2018) – In charge of training 40 freshmen in order to integrate into normal ROTC-Command Sergeant Major (Spring 2019) - Organize people, time, and resources to accomplish training objectives and meet the Commander’s intent-Battalion Commander (Fall 2019) - Coordinated and plan for training objectives for roughly 130 freshmen through juniors in order to prepare them for their culminating event-Battalion S-5 (Spring 2019) - Coordinate within the battalion and outside organizations such as the Veteran's Center, Student Veteran's Association, Greek Life, and others to provide new experiences and events to both cadets and students at Ohio University. Work with OU alumni to bring knowledge and experience to the cadets of the battalion

Selected a production process and conducted a lean study to improve efficiency and remove waste with a group of 4 others. We focused on the canning process at Jackie O’s Brewery to decrease lead time and inventory. Projected results after implementation included a 75% reduction in lead time, 12 days savings in human effort annually, and an average of $15,000 yearly savings.

Over the duration of an abbreviated robotics course, myself and two others wrote a program that successfully created an accurate map using a SLAM program to navigate a Turtlebot robot to a goal and respond to new obstacles in real-time.
