With over two decades of experience in mental health and well-being, I am passionate about supporting young people and educators in the UK. As the National Mental Health Lead at Oasis Community Learning, I oversee the development and implementation of a holistic and evidence-based mental health strategy across 52 academies, reaching over 30,000 students and staff. I also provide training and consultancy services to schools, charities, and organisations on topics such as trauma informed practice, supporting a mental health crisis, and innovative projects. I am a proud director and trustee at PHASE Trust, a youth organisation that delivers programmes and activities to promote positive mental health, resilience, and life skills. I hold a BSc. in Nursing from the University of Stirling and a Diploma in Trauma Informed Practice in Education from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education. I am committed to enhancing the well-being and potential of every individual and community I work with, and I am always eager to learn from and collaborate with others in the field.
