I’ve directed both business and tech operations based on program and project management across various corporate business lines. Transferring from the Boston location to the facility in Rhode Island, I also ran program management in collaboration with business and technology partners to provide systems assessment. I served as a project leader over IT operations as a system and business project manager across FCCS, Workplace Investing (WI) and Personal Investing (PI), also managing products within those units. In addition, I performed as a System Analyst for multiple units and business lines and coached project management and systems analyst personnel. Also during the past 4 years, I successfully obtained the CSPO, A-CSM, and CSM certifications.Contribution Highlights (Director, Fidelity Custody & Clearing - Technology, Oct 2015 to Sep 2020): Performed as Scrum Master running the tech program for Fidelity Custody and Clearing programs.  Evaluated the prioritization of billing work with the platform, architecture, and development management teams. Applied Agile concepts and transitioned Billing intake using Agile tools. Managed the conceptual design for a new billing platform addressing all architectural goals, business planning, better efficiency, and risk mitigation. Supervised the DOS Digital Service Experience IT Lead and program management.

During the spring and summer of 2004, I played a key role in cash management activities assuming all duties on a temporary basis for 3 months in the absence of the cash management director.

For nearly 2 years, I served as Director of Participant Channels and New Business Development for the corporation. Contribution Highlights: Oversaw major One Fidelity enterprises and other NetBenefits product offerings for Defined Contribution business segments. Spearheaded the first One Fidelity initiative enabling Personal and Workplace Investing customers to have access to account level data in NetBenefits. Navigated all conceptual design for new Plan Sponsor Webstation rewrite and cultivated a solid consultant partnership.

In a temporary 3-month position, I led the complete project lifecycle for the start-up SupplierMarket.com, a B2B bidding ecommerce website catering to the manufacturing industry. Most notably, I managed all of my duties during the period when SupplierMarket.com was acquired by ARIBA in 2000.

For almost 5 years, I served in four different roles for Fidelity as Senior Development Manager, Senior Product Manager, Senior System Manager, and Systems Analyst. Here, I directly supervised the Workplace Investing technology unit consisting of 10 project managers and system analysts accountable for transforming business needs into digital solutions through the rollout of new products, such as NetBenefits and Plan Sponsor Webstation.Contribution Highlights: Interacted with Intuit to present a live demo at the inaugural Open Financial Exchange (OFX) conference.  Developed a technical conceptual design for e401K product and delivered products for launch. Guided the first Open Financial Exchange (OFX) integrated software product Fidelity Financial Planner. Defined and provided advice on a new direction to implement the first interactive online customer statement, slashing costs related to circulating statements by $10M annually. Invented and patented the Pretender application, the first third-party access tool for representative access to NetBenefits and PSW to support customers.

After a 4-year tenure at Investors Bank & Trust, I moved to California to accept a new job at Wells Fargo where I performed in project management and system analysis technology roles for 10 months.

Not long after earning my Bachelor of Science in Economics from Boston College (Carroll School of Management), I landed my first major career opportunity at a prominent custodian bank and the principal operating subsidiary of Investors Financial Services Corp. For nearly 4 years I streamlined operations data entry, transfer agency, financial services, and IT activities on a day-to-day basis.
