I have extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts in commercial litigation matters including employment, contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, estate, landlord/tenant, construction, Consumer Fraud Act, restrictive covenants, and partnership agreements. I have handled all aspects of litigation including pre-litigation counseling, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations and mediation, trial and appeals. Through my outside general counsel experience, I have advised clients on the intricacies of the employment relationship including but not limited to developing policies, drafting handbooks, hiring and termination, complaints of discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment, wage and hour, performance management, employment and separation agreements, leaves of absence, restrictive covenants, and internal investigations. Prior to law school, I was a human resources supervisor with two manufacturing companies, experiences which provided me with unique insight into a client’s perspective. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (inactive status) as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.I was fortunate enough to spend 2006-2008 living as an expat in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
