Bringing over 20 years of corporate management experience into the healthcare field, Erin became an diagnostic ultrasound technologist. After a few years in the top pediatric hospitals in DFW, she began working for a small contract ultrasound company quickly becoming the National Director of Operations and growing the company from a small local company to a nationally known company. Eager to diversify into radiology management and departmental consulting, she began Gateway Healthcare Associates with a focus on clinical care through a team building, employee-owned business concept. Changing the way employees view their own level of care elevated productivity and clinical interactions.
