Implementation Consultant
Current- Assisting the Director of Client Engagement in onboarding new clients and owning the complete implementation process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition as delegated by management
- Improving the client implementation process by helping with documentation of each phase of the project.
- Creating a project schedule with milestones and due dates, making sure the team has the tools to execute the project by holding weekly meetings, on the phone and/or in person, with the client and/or team to keep.
- Keeping up the morale of team members and building relationships with internal resources to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the successful onboarding process when applicable
- Interacting with the client throughout the entire process to create a trusting relationship
- Being a point of contact for various working groups within the organization to continue the client relationship beyond the implementation process with an understanding of formal escalation and review processes
