After gaining an Internship in 2015 I quickly progressed into a Gallery Assistant role working under some of the most knowledgable professionals in the Art Industry and the world of Photography. Here I gained unparalleled mentoring and experience in everything from the daily operations of a gallery to insights into the global art market and artist management. During these early years at the gallery I discovered my passion for collection management and art handling/conservation. Eager to further my experience I took on the role of Framing Manager. Working closely with diverse artists, clients and producers my knowledge of exhibition design, art display and conservation increased immensely. The final role I took on was of Gallery Manager. In this position I was given the opportunity to learn the functions and financial operations of the gallery. Here I gained valuable experience in sales procedures, art administration and daily gallery function including insurance and health and safety requirements. I also took on leadership roles in the management of the vast collection and in organising interns and staff.
