• Management and execution of HR initiatives: Leadership Development, Performance Management, Training, Compensation, Stock Allocation, Workforce Availability and Succession Planning.• Partnership with Sr. Leadership to develop and implement annual strategic and tactical business plan.• Prioritize and evaluate HR processes and procedures to achieve improved efficiency and effectiveness.• Change management through corporate transition to an HR Centers of Excellence model.• Senior liaison between HR COE’s and Operations, driving for partnership and success.
