I've been building movements for two decades and have never been more committed to advancing equity and impact that benefits all. I'm an experienced organizational leader with expertise in strategy, development, partnerships, messaging and engagement to advance an organization's mission and vision. Dedicated to collaboration and community-informed decision making with the individuals and communities most affected by the pressing problems we work to solve. Managing teams is one of the most rewarding parts of my leadership experience. From staff to interns and volunteers, I believe we are stronger when everyone is engaged and given the agency to bring their best ideas and skills to work. I strive to establish a culture of transparency and unity that allows staff to reach their maximum potential and contribute to the success of the organization. I am skilled in external relations, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships. I'm a low ego, high impact professional - driven by a deep belief that we go further together.
