Manage the development and validation of new GE Plastics resins into vehicle systems through Honda, Nissan and Ford’s validation process. Establish the correct resin to fit the application from both a technical and financial perspective by using “Customer Needs Mapping” techniques; oversee the design of the part using best practices (mold flow characteristics, radii, fastening schemes, etc.) for a given resin; coordinate the program flow to meet vehicle timing.
