• Drive company growth by overseeing successful New Vertical and Higher Ed deployments across nearly 300 campuses• Create and maintain documentation around the deployment process• Act as the initial escalation point for the Implementation team• Attend deployment calls and maintain a continuous dialogue regarding deployment needs with our stakeholders and our Client Success Managers• Ensure that all content-related and hardware-related tasks are set before a launch• Travel onsite for new deployments (as needed)• Oversee support to our internal and external teams up to 2 weeks post-launch• Own Implementation KPIs, SLAs, QAs, reporting, and data analysis• Lead weekly syncs covering team updates, metrics, and deployment timelines• Implement policies and best practices that focus on process and quality improvement• Create and oversee all Implementation and quality control projects• Work directly with 20 of our corporate chain restaurant accounts to maintain our restaurant templates• Regularly meet with our Product and Engineering teams to suggest feature requests and discuss product bugs• Conduct biweekly 1:1 meetings with each member of the Implementation Team• Provide effective coaching and development to direct reports• Oversee Implementation schedules and staffing• Schedule and execute new hire trainings
