I focus on diagnosing and managing movement disorders; including Parkinson’s disease (PD), multisystem atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, essential tremor (ET), dystonia, ataxia, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, myoclonus, restless leg syndrome, Wilson’s disease, chorea, and Tourette’s syndrome. I deep brain stimulation programming for PD, ET, and dystonia. I administer botulinum toxin for the treatment of dystonia, spasticity, and migraine.I also have the pleasure of teaching medical undergraduate students about the cerebellum, basal ganglia, dementia, and clinical reasoning. I am the assistant program director for the Rutgers NJMS Neurology department.
