Providing intensive, short-term, one-to-one support to individuals at risk of losing their tenancy due to issues such as estate management challenges, substance misuse, rent arrears, or other factors.This role focuses on intervention as a last effort to help participants address these challenges and maintain their housing.

Focused on supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness and/or drug addiction. I play a pivotal role in providing intensive, participant-centered support.• Housing First Advocate: Implementing the Housing First model that views housing as a basic human right, offering warmth, respect, and compassion to participants.• Intensive Case Management (ICM) to ensure holistic support for individuals in securing & maintaining housing.• 24/7 Support: Offering continuous, intensive, & visiting support to tenants, fostering the development of life skills, confidence, and independence.• Diverse Support: Assisting a wide range of individuals, including singles, couples, and families housed directly by Peter McVerry Trust or in private rental accommodation and local authority housing.• Aftercare Housing: Collaborating with Drug Free Aftercare Housing, supporting individuals post-medical detox or treatment to ensure a secure and sustained recovery through safe housing.

• Educating young swimmers on water safety.• Developing and implementing training programs focused on improvingtechnique, speed and style.• Setting training goals and objectives for individuals.• Teaching and perfecting skills such as breathwork, floating & water tumbles.• Ensuring pool area is clean and well-maintained.
