I independently researched and wrote blogs about women's health and fitness, weight loss tips, healthy eating advice, and healthy lifestyle trends. I uploaded, scheduled, and published the dozens of daily videos posted to Facebook and wrote copy for twice daily Facebook Live broadcasts. I worked closely with the graphic designer to produce high quality infographics to be used both in the blogs and on all of BodyRock's social media channels. I worked with the media producer to ensure that there was copy for all the challenges and the hundreds of individual videos in SweatFlix, BodyRock's streaming service. I regularly updated the back catalogue of blogs with new challenges and links to gear to keep them relevant for reposting. I monitored comments on blog posts in order to remove inappropriate or negative remarks and respond to any relevant questions from the audience.

Under tight deadlines, I produced blogs on trending topics. These topics included celebrity gossip, lifestyle trends, relationship/sex advice, women's health and fitness, weight loss tips, recipes, and healthy eating.

Assessed and addressed customer needs. Performed open/close procedures including the handling of cash and totaling empty returns inventory.Remained current on product information in order to properly handle customer requests and inquiry.
