- Contract to hire event planning and consulting services- Implement vision and outcomes for Corporate and Non-profit events (conferences, galas, fundraising events, etc)- Advocate on behalf of client needs and expectations- Collaborate and manage vendors and suppliers throughout event planning and execution- Wedding coordination and planning

- Manage and mobilize production team and personnel for the Run Walk Ride team. Includes implementing tasks, time management strategies and expectations, delegation and ownership responsibilities, problems solving and performance reviews.- Create and implement the annual Fundraising Walk Production executed on a national level by more than 60 volunteer committees- Strategize growth opportunities based on participant engagement, national involvement, and Peer2Peer trends- Generate production processes for national scalability. Includes, but not limited to, email & marketing campaigns, money processing, Corporate Sponsors, Walk Production and CRM system updates- Establish volunteer plans for productions. Collaborate with Volunteer Managers for recruitment and seamless communications/trainings- Build reports and data to establish and monitor trends throughout the Walk Series- Construct and track event budgets, collaborating with Run Walk Ride Director in overall approved annual budget

- Plans and execute Acquisition, Retention and Revenue events for Marketing USA- Responsible for the creative, technical and logistical elements of events, including overall event design, event brand building, AV production, logistics, budgeting and financial details, contract negotiation and guest services.- Collaborate with other teams for marketing and communication strategy, along with strategy to meet ROI goals.- Stays knowledgeable in technical trends and industry standards.- Maintains and utilizes event planning database for proficient client and end user experiences.

- Direct the Events & Catering Management team work prioritization, time management and task assignments- Manage customer satisfaction and team interactions- Prioritize service requirements, based on urgency, impact and available resources. - Supervise strategic personnel functions including job description updates, employee hiring, evaluating staffing needs, completing performance reviews, salary planning, managing budget and payroll change forms.- Integrates team and skill sets for optimal departmental performance. - Coordinate and implement new ways for the team to serve those within the ministry.- Manage and negotiate vendor contracts for Café services, Cleaning Company and onsite linen company.

- Coordinate, plan and implement all aspects of National and International Events for Major Donors- Arrange and oversee travel, accommodates and important venues for coworkers- Facilitate and negotiate contracts for speakers, important guests, vendors and venues- Support Donors and Participants, handling all travel details, payments/reimbursements, accommodations and other needs as appropriates- Collaborate with other support departments and Executive Staff- Assist team members in planning, problem solving, time management, delegation and goal setting- Own and manage all event budgets for the Donor Ministry Director

- Coordinate and facilitate diversified ministry events- Delegate event assignments and tasks to team members fitting their strengths and skill sets- Direct, plan and execute all business and personal events of Dr. & Mrs. James Dobson, Focus on the Family’s President, Executive Cabinet members and the Board of Directors- Evaluate and follow up on success and learning opportunities within each event
