Oversees daily function, budgeting, retention, recruitment, staff management, facilities management, academic planning and financial aid in the following departments: Admissions, Academics and Financial planning.

• Achieved an 85% completion of the University’s Long Range Plan from 2013-2017. • Increased inquiries by 30%, increased presentations by 67% overall since September 2016 • Lead recruitment institutionally at 9 campuses while developing the training for the retention of recruitment and presentation staff• Responsible for the daily office responsibilities including but not limited to recruitment, staff interviews, supervision of staff, scheduling, identifying potential staff , campus tour for donors and potential partners, event planning, budgeting, marketing, development and execution of reports and enrollment at three campuses • Three years of experience managing staff in the recruitment position- currently supervise 9 people • Orientation coordination and training specialist,- schedule and train orientation speakers, create orientation presentations in order to ensure successful candidates are well informed and comfortable. • Plan and execute events • Work with diverse populations • Initiate students into the admissions process and work with them through completion when possible• Responsible for accessing segments and determining the needs through recruitment, staffing and collaborating with other senior managers, faculty and deans in order to ensure goals are met in all departments. • Access existing and develop new, more effective recruitment techniques by segments

I am responsible for all out of state recruitment for prospective athletes for the Women's golf team. I developed and execute the communication plan to ensure that the prospective athletes receive appropriate information along with ensuring that they visit the campus. When this is not possible, Skype or Facetime visits have occurred. I am also responsible for fulfilling the team needs including but not limited to apparel, equipment, and travel.

I work specifically with athletes and performing arts students through recruitment and help them through the admissions process which includes but is not limited to financial aid, housing, scholarships and school tours.
