-Manage a portfolio of professional certificate programs and stand alone courses in data, entrepreneurship, and non-profits. Management includes: evaluating instruction and curriculum, updating course objectives to meet the evolving industry needs, responding to student inquiries or concerns, supporting instructional teams, facilitating administrative steps needed to launch a course, and more.-Recruit, hire, train, support, appreciate, and evaluate 25-30 instructors, course developers, and instructional assistants each year-Develop and manage annual program budgets and student enrollment goals-Work across teams within UW Continuum College (marketing, HR, student support services, finance) to enhance program offerings and make responsible fiscal decisions-Plan and manage curriculum revision and development projects that involve contracted developers and instructors, advisory boards, and instructional designers-Examine and research competitor programs to ensure portfolio is relevant, cutting-edge, and meeting prospective student needs
