Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly budget reports. In charge of accounts payable and receivable as well as all employee and fund expenses. Manage daily cash entries, wires, ach payments and bank reconciliations. I am well versed in accruals, amortization and depreciation schedules, as well as company and financial reporting. In addition, I manage bi-weekly payrolls for more than 60 employees in 4 offices across the country. I am responsible for our employee benefits programs such as enrollments, terminations and facilitating yearly renewals.

Responsible for creating weekly and monthly schedules for employees. Generated and submitted weekly payroll for up to 40 employees. Implemented, oversaw and completed all employee onboarding for new and seasonal hires. In charge of facilities management such as supplies, work orders, company events, etc.
