Most recently I came into a store that was running very poorly. I worked 80 hours a week to get it running above corporate standards. Designed temp log books, deposit log books, cash log books. I changed everything down to making sure everyone was in uniform, to cleaning up the store to promote a better image for the store. I got approval from corporate to do marketing deals to change our image within the "golden mile", on campus, and within the community. I signed deals with organizations such as the greek society to do heavy business with us, which generated an extra 5,000 dollars of business a week. I dropped food cost, labor, and customer complaints. I promoted a happy and fun workplace. I had very low turnover in an industry that struggles to keep happy employees. I loved my job. I loved my co workers.
