I’m passionate about transforming medical culture, empowering healthcare professionals, and creating lasting positive impacts for the patients they serve.I spent 25 years practicing pediatrics and serving in leadership roles, including as Medical Director of a nonprofit medical clinic. I have also held wellness-focused leadership positions within my medical community, serving for over a decade on the Marion-Polk County Medical Society Board and three years on the Executive Committee of the Oregon Wellness Program—a statewide initiative aimed at improving the mental well-being of licensed healthcare providers.Today, I am dedicated to helping healthcare professionals flourish in their medical careers while finding balance and fulfillment in their personal lives. My coaching programs are focused on providing support for women in medicine, offering tools and strategies for holistic well-being, leadership, and high performance.I’m not afraid of big challenges—in fact, I seek them out.
